At Advait Wellness Coaching, our mission is to support 1,000 mid-life business founders over the next 5 years in navigating the second innings of their life with renewed health, clarity, and purpose — through a unique blend of one-on-one coaching and a peer-based wellness community.
We aim to:

About Founder
Rajesh Shidore is the founder of Advait Wellness Forum, a coaching platform for India’s mid-life SME founders. Over three decades in leadership across logistics, engineering, IT consulting, and business transformation, he has worked with high-performing owners navigating demanding schedules, evolving teams, and thoughtful succession planning. He created Advait to pair Wealth × Health with simple, do-first systems that convert quickly into results.
Rajesh’s method brings business performance, vitality, legacy, and purpose into one practical framework. Through confidential 1:1 coaching and a peer forum, he helps founders sustain energy, sharpen leadership presence, align teams, and design continuity with clarity and care. He is the author of the forthcoming book “The Silent Battle: Life, Legacy & Leadership in Indian SMEs.” His mission is to help founders feel stronger, lead clearer, and build legacies that outlive them.
